Appointment Scheduling

We operate strictly with fixed appointment slots in order to provide every guest with the time and attention they deserve.

Due to high demand, it may occasionally be necessary to adjust appointments by up to 5–10 minutes earlier or later in order to optimize our daily schedule and avoid unused time slots.

Of course, we will inform you in advance if such an adjustment becomes necessary.

We kindly ask our guests to allow a small time flexibility of around 10 minutes when planning their visit.

Late Arrivals

Please arrive on time for your appointment.

If you arrive more than 10 minutes late, we may unfortunately no longer be able to guarantee your appointment.

In such cases, we reserve the right to shorten or reschedule the service in order to avoid delays for the following guests.

Cancellations

If you are unable to attend your appointment, we kindly ask you to inform us as early as possible.

Same-day cancellations and no-shows will be charged the full service amount.

New bookings will only be possible once the outstanding balance has been settled.

This policy is necessary to fairly compensate lost appointment times and allow other guests the opportunity to book.

Rescheduling

Appointments can of course be rescheduled with sufficient notice.

However, same-day changes cannot always be guaranteed due to our fixed schedule.

We place great importance on maintaining a comfortable and respectful atmosphere for both guests and our team.

Mutual respect and professionalism are expected from everyone visiting our shop.
