Cancellation Policy
Dear customers and friends!
At The District Barber, we place great importance on providing you with the best possible service.
Time is our most valuable asset – both yours and ours.

Punctuality:
If your appointment is scheduled for 10:00 AM, we kindly ask that you are already seated in the chair at 10:00 AM so that we can start immediately. Arriving at the exact time causes delays, which create a domino effect that affects subsequent customers. Especially with new clients, it’s important that we make the most of every minute to offer a full consultation and the best possible service. While a short delay might seem insignificant, it can disrupt our workflow and reduce efficiency, ultimately affecting the quality of the service you receive.

Last-Minute Cancellations / changes:
If you are unable to make your appointment, we ask that you notify us as early as possible. However, if you do not show up for your appointment without prior notice (“No-Show”) or cancel or change on the same day, the full price of the booked service will be charged. This amount must be paid before you can schedule another appointment with us. This policy is necessary to minimize losses and compensate for the time lost.

The Value of Time:
Time is a resource that cannot be recovered. Unlike money, it cannot be regained or made up. We ask that you respect both your time and ours equally. Punctuality and reliability are expressions of mutual respect. If a customer is repeatedly late or cancels at the last minute, we reserve the right to cancel the appointment and, in such cases, may refuse to schedule future appointments with that customer. We do not make this decision lightly, but in the interest of maintaining a smooth and respectful process for all our clients.

Why This Matters:
At The District Barber, we strive to always provide you with the best possible service. For this to happen, it’s essential that both you and we respect each other’s time. Chronic lateness or frequent last-minute cancellations affect not only your own appointment but also the appointments of those who follow. Therefore, it is important to us to promote a smooth and respectful cooperation so that we can continue to offer you and other clients the best possible experience.
We look forward to welcoming you soon.
